JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
• Lead and enforce related compliance and operation policies and procedures to comply with the latest local statutory regulations and payment product operations in Singapore and/or the region;
• Manage and supervise local and country operation and service teams, to attain a high quality of operation and service support to business;
• Manage relationship with key merchants, banks and partners on merchant operation and new product partnerships;
• Develop and manage Service Management programs on merchant servicing;
• Supervise merchant on-boarding, KYC process and merchant sales and activities monitoring;
• Support the launch of new projects and products to the merchants and partners and ad-hoc project assignments.

Requirements:
• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Payment Industries preferred;
• Good knowledge and experience in merchant operation and service is an advantage;
• Familiar with legal and regulatory requirements especially on KYC, AML policy etc;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Occasional travels may be required.

• Lead the sales team to achieve the company’s goals with a high standard of professional and compliance excellence;
• Establish and manage a strong presence in the market and develop a strong relationship with banks, merchants, and business partners;
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in ePayment services, solutions, and new product markets;
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads in eCommerce service and new product markets;
• Manage to plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets;
• Manage and support new programs and management initiatives with the headquarters.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline;
• At least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in sales in IT, eBusiness, or eMarketing;
• Strong management skills and ability to drive revenue and growth of the organization;
• Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion for success;
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented;
• Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive;
• Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English.
